This is a small filterscript that allows access to the K.A.C.C facility in Las Venturas.
You will need zcmd which is included within the download. [Credits to Zeex]

Note: A poorly added /lift command was added to teleport to the area when making this. I forgot to remove it and you may want to get rid of it if you use this fs.
Edit: You can now remove the gates in SA-MP 0.3d, so this filterscript is no longer available.
