If you only have the AMX file, then the author doesn't want you to decompile his script.
The AMX is the compiled script, you'll need to get the PWN file if you want to make modifications.
Even when you succeed in decompiling a script, variable-names will be messed up.
And if the AMX is protected by a DEAMX protection, then you're completely out of luck.
But if you're the author of the script, did you delete your PWN files?
In that case, you better start over, re-create the script.
