Hi,
I'm having a bit of an issue whereby SAMP is freezing prior to/during the spawn process. The bizarre thing is that:
- This only happens when I use a certain gamemode on a certain hosted server (serverFFS). I can play the gamemode on localhost fine.
- Everyone else can connect to the gamemode on the server without crashing, it's just me that has the problem.
- I can play any other gamemode on the server, just not this particular one.
- It only started last night, after I made a small edit (but why would it only affect me and not anyone else?)
- I've tried using a new account to connect to the server in case it was a bugged account - same problem.
It doesn't crash in the normal way, but just freezes. I have to bring up task manager to close SAMP.
It's been suggested to me that it might be a cache file of some sort needs deleting, but I didn't know SAMP even stored caches. I would be very grateful for any help in fixing this, as its extremely frustrating.
