Try GodFather.
You will set the house entrance in the entrance of the cell.
use /houseentrance [houseid]
then, go forward somehow, and use /houseexit [houseid]
in houseexit use the same ID's
and
set in the mod the "This house is for sale" to
This cell is for sale...
