I suggest you go read some books on talking to girls or something lol.
You can't go around thinking every girl you see is a bitch, that's going to get you no were. And as far as leagues, there really isn't such a thing. Almost all girls will give anyone a chance (assuming it's not your first time talking to them and you ask them out on a date). As long as you get to know them before hand, they will most definitely give you a chance. Whether that be for a few days or a few years depends on how compatible you two are.
