I dont see the rubbermarks from drifting when playing GTA SA.
I cant see any blood effects coming when im shooting at someone.
I dont see the effects of the nitro either.

And so on, whats wrong ;S

It might be your graphics card or a corrupt GTA:SA installation.

Reinstall GTA:SA or update your graphics drivers.

Reinstall your gta. more than likly you are missing some texture files.
