just wondering if u can use self-made images with Photoshop (e.g. masks)
in ur SAMP server?
Is that possible?
Id be nice if someone could give me a link or sth.
Id like to attack masks made with photoshop to certain players.

I've ever seen anything like that (for sure). It was a plugin or something...
Try looking arround. It does exists (or I must have dreamed it)

It seems like it doesn't exists, but the idea does already exists.
However you might ask someone that's good in making plugins, and assign him to that task: Make the "own images ingame" possible. You can eventually pay that scripter. (I can't make plugins. Can't script in C++, only C# a bit (and PAWN/HTML/PHP/SQL/JAVASCRIPT/XML/ASP (a bit)))

Kalcor said (a while ago) he wasn't interested in implementing features that require you to wait to play (or in so many words), but I can't recall if he was referring to game mods, but images would be the same concept, I tried to rifle through his posts but didn't find the exact post.

In my opinion, the players themselves should be able to choose if they wanted to use a modpack/thing if they want to (But if the server don't have such things, they wouldn't get it anyway)
