In 0.3c, they should be in:
\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\screens

They save for me. Have you tried running SA-MP as an admin or in XP compatibility?

This because you have a cracked / pirate san andreas that's not saving the savegames in singleplayer and cant locate 'User Files' folder, it happens to me too.

LOL at the guesses.
If the folder doesn't exist, It'll be created.
The REAL reason you probably can't take screens, is because of DirectX not working properly with Dual Monitors.

Actually everything worked some time ago.. I don't do SS much, but last time it was ~month ago and it worked.
I haven't made any changes to GTA SA, except updated SA-MP to 0.3c..
I think screenshots worked when the folder was in userfiles, but I have no idea why they just not save now...
I always run sa-mp as admin (using Win7) and dunno what else may be wrong..
In SP I can save my game and everything works ok..

Screenshots don't work if windowed mode is enabled, its a known bug.
