Vehicle Control System [ 0.3c ]

Simple Vehicle Control System, you can change all of the params that were added in 0.3c also change the number plate. ( Respawns your car and puts you inside once changed )

Well I compiled with all 0.3C includes with pawno, and still get errors
So it's stock functions

Then its something you have done wrong because, i've tested this many times in many difference scripts and so have others and they got it to work fine.

it doesn't use 'stock functions' as you have already been told! Get the latest includes and compile.
