It seems that your array data "PlayerInfo[playerid][Lastx]" and the rest are not changing, and you never use MissionX variable to what I see.
Showing the code of where you set the first checkpoint (Not from the Loading function) would be nice.

Why dont you use the include trucking mission? its more simple.
