control panel>windows firewall
on (recommend)
donot select (donot allow exceptions)
go to exceptions tab add sa-mp server.exe and port 7777 tcp.
make sure u added ur tcp in routre with out problems like refere ip port start port end .

Ok Follow these SIMPLE instructions
1. Go To Your Start Buttom>
2. Search For CMD>
3. Type in /ipconfig>
4. Look for Default Gateway>
5. Type the Numbers you see into your browser (Normally 192.168.1.1 or similar)
From there... well you can guess the rest.
