Had this problem. The problem is that the weather doesn't changes when this clock is actived;
then, my question is if anyone got a clock which has a command to change the time, including day/night, and works normally as the gta samp's clock, and able to change server's weather

Use dcmd and sscanf together and it would be simple.

No, nothing to do with it, and I asked for a clock which changes server time, according day/night/afternoon, etc. Not computer time, and works with weather and a set command
