How would you detect someone alt-tabbed? or paused?
Someone once said its if, OnPlayerUpdate returns 0.. but how can i tell if it returns 0?

OnPlayerUpdate just doesn't call at all if the player is paused. Search for ******' update peripherals (or something along the lines of that name).
