Ok always when new samp version is out there is a problem how to move server from OLD to NEW one
So i will make some kinda tutorial

1.Download new server package
2.Replace old server files with new one (announce,samp-npc,samp-server,server.cfg)
3.Open your pawno folder and replace old pawno files with new one(pawnc.dll,libpawnc.dll,pawncc,pawno,settings)
4.Open your includes folder and replace old includes with new one
5.Open your gamemode with your pawno and compile it.If there is errors then SEARCH on samp forum for fix and after that ask for help
-same for filterscripts
6.Once you compiled your game mode edit server.cfg file
7.Test server (if there your server is crashing or have bugs check do you use some plugins and try loading them one by one)

Why don't just move the gamemode to the new server package, and the includes they're using. I guess there's no need to make a tutorial about this.

I suggest what you add any about object streamers and your problems if aren't upgraded for 0.3b.
