I compile the .pwn correctly.No warnings no errors.

I have removed the replies of xfelipex because they weren't the solutions for this problem. This error is mostly caused when a plugin is missing, so you need to find out which plugins this gamemode requires.

In server.cfg put plugin streamer not plugin streamer.so

If you'd have bothered to read, the streamer plugin loads correctly ..

It's probably another plugin or include file that is missing.
Maybe MySQl. I have actually no idea which functions this gamemode uses.

You probably misspelt it. Is it really called "vactions.amx" ? Or maybe "vacations.amx" or even "factions.amx".
