can some one create me a short script for a moving gate for pd members only the coords are 1549.21,-1632.01,12.6127 and the rotation of the gate is -90

please could some one create the scipt for me and tell me anything i need to add its for the night life script if you need anything to know to script it tell me

Add utils.inc to your includes folder.

one thing how do i add the folder i try to do a new text document called utils then open it and save it as utils.inc but its still says its text document and it hasnt got anything in it where can i download it if i can?
