This is my first script on dcmd + sscanf or sscanf for that matter, so I hope you guys like it

What is it?
This is a simple /heal (playerid) and /trytohealself command.
__________________________________________________ __________________________________________

Some notes :
- Only medics can heal others!
- The chance that you will successfully healing yourself is %25
- You must be near the player before healing him.
- Only the Skin Medics can heal.
- Anyone can /trytohealself.
- Medics have a better chance of healing themselves! %50 chance!
- You have to wait a certain amount of time before healing others or healing yourself.
