I need to know how to make an organization for my server, i'm not good at scripting this stuff :P

If you mean scripting an faction, there's no correct answer.
There are multiple ways to script an faction.. Its like a Team, with your own faction chat, faction ranks, /invite and /uninvite you're thinking of right?
And faction-locked vehicles etc?

You do not need to make teams to have a faction chat, and you do not need teams for faction vehicles.
