I like it how it is bright colour's simple easy to use/read/post I hate forums with dull themes looks depressing.

It does the job, that's all that matters. Of course it could be more desirable, but quite frankly it's not too bad and it's sufficient. A minimal amount of images - easy on the server load, and loads quickly. At least you're not waiting half an hour to make a single post.
