Is there any program that shows CPU temp ingame (like fraps - FPS)? I need it cus i don't want to overheat my CPU again. I've been overheating it for about 20 times. Stock cooling totally sucks (AMD Phenom II 965 x4 3.4GHz). 50% load - 70c

That sure is a danger zone. My laptop is will known for heating issues and my CPU is only 40-50C. I wouldn't mind a program to see in game. I have even reduced to windowed mode to see my temp.

I don't need stress test. CPU is fine. And i know it's overheating, cus i tried stress test already. After 30 sec temp var 72c and i turned it off.

Well, If your playing a game at a Quad Core and its using 50% of it, Than you got some problems, Most games now days don't even take up 20% of my 2.66GHz Quad Core, And having it that hot i suggest getting some more fans installed and such coolers, Because 70c means isn't enough air coming in and out for it to handle.
So either need a new CPU Fan, Or you need to install a few box fans which i got about 4 all over my PC box, stays around 40-50c mainly, And thats it should stay.

Well, big temps are only while playing maxed GTA IV, Need For Speed Shift and Crysis.. Other games, like Dirt 2, bad company 2 and so so runs fine with ~60c. These 3 games are using cpu alot. And that 50%.. I think that cus of this;
Ye, i have only 2GB ram.. That's way usage is almost 100%.
