I'm using the 0.3 version of SAMP with the 1.0 downgrade patch.
I'm also using Windows 7 Enterprise with a Nvidia GeForce 8800 graphic card.

My game crashes near 80% at the loading screen with the white bar.
I tried to connect to this server; 217.18.70.81:7777 when it happend but tried on other server too but got the same result.
Singeplayer crashes also.
I do have 1 mod installed plus sirens and CLEO mod (ELM)
I've played with it before I re-installed my GTA/SAMP (which I did today) so I don't see that it should be the problem.

It worked once after the re-installation but then it kept crashing.

I tried the 80% crash help thingy (the stickied thread) plus re-nameed my GTA San Andreas folder to GTA San Andreas 2 (Heard it helped to rename it).

same thing here i have the same problem i am seeing if i install gtaa first then downpatch then cleo mod then i install samp see if that helps in any way

Guys,I think i know what the problems take out your mods.It helped me

If you have any mods installed on your GTA:SA delete them,
and if it is still crashing then reinstall your GTA:SA
