Now, that's really a bad way of how to port-forward.
In "Local IP address" you need to put your local address, to find that out do:
Start>Run>(type in)cmd>ipconfig /all - you will get something like this:

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
Connection-specific DNS suffix: ........
Description: ...
Physical address: ...
Dhcp enabled: ...
Autoconfiguration enabled: ...
IP Address :
Now the
"IP Address: ............." you got in the command prompt is your
local ip address
and you type that in the
Gigaset SE361 Port Forwarding page under
"Local IP Address"!
Hopefully you understand it now, and it works, also put the
"Protocol" to TCP/UDP.

Local IP is incorrect, as other people have already mentioned.
Protocol is also wrong, SA-MP uses UDP, not TCP.
