I re-copied pawno from a fresh server (downloaded) and it still doesn't work... any idea ? O_o

you copy a new "settings.ini" also? or just pawno.exe

Seems that installing the latest Windows Installer, fixes the problem. Someone lock it/delete it (if you want)
