I try capturing screenshots ingame by using F8 but they don't save to my Rockstar folder, I had no issues when using Windows XP. Whats the solution for this problem? It doesn't give me any error ingame when pushing F8, it says the screenshot get saved but its not there.

Disable UserAccountControl. You can find them under AppData. (The screenshots if you have UAC on)

Navigate to your User folder, make sure you turn on view hidden files and folders then you will see AppData, find the Local folder, there will be Virtual Store, Program Files, and you should know the rest.
So its like this......
(system drive):\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
Took me a sec to find mine also.
