if you mean like from the handling then no, but i think there should be functions added to get and set certain vehicle handling values ,mabe in the next version of samp(when ever thats released... ><).

This however is higher if you're in free fall. Jump from chilliad and it will get significantly get higher than 240km/h.

However, he said "over land" assuming he means the maximum land speed of vehicles.

Oops, ours says Infernus is a lot faster than the Turismo.
