when am scripting on debug and i put in /save vehicle it dosent save.

How do you do this.

It does infact save. Since 0.3, the message which is displayed after typing /save was removed for a reason which I don't know. Check your San Andreas installation folder, savedpositons.txt will most likely be there.

Weird? I'm not entirely sure why.

C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/savedpositons.txt (Windows XP users)

Maybe try logging into rcon when you do it.

/rcon login [password]

.. or change your gamemode to something like Grand Larceny (comes with server pack) just for the purpose of collecting positons.

Like I said, I'm not entirely sure what's causing your problem.
