If that was me I'd probably re-install GTA: SA and SA-MP. Up to you though, you can try removing mods first like the guy above suggested.

I like the name of your picture "NOTCUZOFMODS.JPG". Uninstall your mods as they suggested. (Just trying to re-enforce the point)
