The same problem WAS for me. Pc's ventilator makes high noise because there ar e lots of "shit" in there to make your pc low noise you have to get them out with compressor, it makes high air and your pc will be as new. You can find it at factory etc. sorry for bad english.

yeah. My pc was so dusty that it was so loud. anyways just claen all the dust you see better for your pc xD.
Once i didnt clsoe up the CPU fan good and it really really loud. ( no not PC cpu. an server cpu. )
