I have some problems on lag shots, when i shots someone sometimes it isn't damaging like you didnt shoot but you did, anyone can help me to fix the lag shot?

Lag shooting isn't script releated, it depends on your and your friends connection speeds, also frame rates may matter. Alot of things may cause lag shooting, you can search the web for tips how to reduce the lag it may be helpful.

Set weapon_rate value to 40 in server.cfg, if this does not work try to make your own damage system.
