a_samp.inc, a_http.inc, etc. everything that is included on the default SAMP server package (0.3.7) import them to your includes folder

I have made tons of changes in the new upcoming JakAdmin4.

So far I have optimized the script, made major changes on the codes, added a temporary ban system, and some stuffs that has been missing from the 3.0 version that is present in 2.9 version and below.

If you do have any suggestions, please post it down below.
