You'd have to point me to the skin so I can have a look at the file. It worked on RC2 because there were no security checks.

NOTE: Im probably wrong but who knows i could also be right or at least give some idea

I think it could have something to do with Player Character (opposed to peds). For example CJ skin has 3 "skins" (meshes) inside .dff while peds have only one. Those 3 meshes are meant for morphing (fat and muscle).

SA-MP has its own dff/txd loader, which will validate files before passing them to the game. In this case it failed to load the file, so it deleted it. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the file, it'll take some time to tweak SA-MP's file loader to handle different models and textures.

I've tried using "crogrl2", "mecgrl1", "mecgrl2", and "psycho" - all from gta3.img, all unedited, and all removed when I connect because the geometry could not be verified. Error: 44007:0x0.

Where did you get those files from? - are they ripped from VC model files and unedited, or are they modified? I'm only asking because if they're the original files I will use them myself.. (when RC4+ fixes the issue I posted a few posts up). thanks!

I've updated client and I have problem. I added custom object to skin ( Santa Claus hat )
I using attachments script from official SA-MP pack, so. When i trying to save custom object, then object automatically removed, and i get warning: Warning(opcode 0x107): Exception 0xC0000005 at 0x59F8B4

IN RC2 EVERYTHING WORKING. TEXTURE WAS CREATED 100% BY ME

Is the latest RC supposed to support 2000 objects?, like even with MAX_OBJECTS defined as 1000 in a_samp.inc?
