GamerX back in like 2012. Was a pretty fun popular server. Don't know if it's still up.

LS-RP if we're talking about recently.

I dunno how can people enjoy playing on LS-RP, I tried giving it a chance like multiple times, but always I get fed up of people smashing my vehicle, avoiding Rping, again, I'm not saying all of the players there are the same, but the majority is so toxic.

Freeroam - Awesome Stuntages back in OldSchool days.
CopsNRobbers - SACNR back in the days it was full, great players around, lot of fun.
Roleplay - Wild West Roleplay. I know it's a new gamemode but the staff is lovely, helpful at all times, players playing(5-10) are very good, owner/scripter and mappers have done a magnificent work and they love what they are doing.
Other - New Dawn DD/DM

I'd have to honestly call it in, Project: Los Angeles. It's what got me into both scripting, roleplaying and learning English overall.

In the late 2013's, P:LA was a great roleplay project, when Mason, Rygaard, everyone from the beginning was around. We had a stable 100 player base from night to day, I remember spending nights, hours, days, weeks, driving a van in order to get money to buy a ZR.. hah! The best memory I got from P:LA must be Los Angeles Teamsters, one of the best factions to ever exist in roleplay's history.. (don't argue with me pls) I was with Tony Lucco and Curtis Johnson from the beginning even though my English and roleplay were horrible. I recall always responding with "ok", "y?" "wtf" in an IC matter.. I didn't understand a lot back then but it was a great memory anyway. Shit always went down both ICly and OOCly, we got bombed with C4's in the bitch-.. which was our dynamic headquarters, it was a Journey, the house van vehicle. Lucco named it "The Bitch" hah... We got thrown bombs at us inside while having a meeting then getting rammed down the Ocean Docks ocean! I remember all those fun memories we had.. Project: Los Angeles was a great server for new roleplayers to learn roleplaying at. The admins were understandable, they didn't take actions that often, they always told the parties what they did wrong and tried to assist them in learning how to do it properly. It was a server with a great future.. but it went sideways.. I don't want to go deeply into what happened with the owner, Brian Williams.. Because yeah.. Rumors, lies, it's all a bunch of bullshit.. I'm just gonna say, he's currently in the county jail on probation for Digital Child Pornographic. Imagine though.. One SA:MP server ruined a grown-up man's life.. It's kinda sad.. Shit happened before he got arrest as well, Rygaard left the community. Together with Rygaard left lots of the players, lots of admins got tired of their job and went corrupted. The community went unstable and it all resulted in the player base dropping. It was sad to see, especially since P:LA was such a successful community. After Brian got arrested, the community was officially sold to Opis Gaming, owned by someone who just.. didn't even go out to tell the server who he is. He posted an anonymously post saying he bought Opis Gaming, the server was officially out of its standards. Everyone knew it was gonna die, it was a fact, not even criticism. I stopped playing on OG:RP after seeing how it went downwards and decided to go to smaller communities and just script for them. Today has OG:RP only a stable player base of 30-40, not even that.. The new P:LA (OG:RP) doesn't take any feedback from its community, everyone that was a true player of P:LA, was complaining about the server name change from P:LA to OG:RP, Opis Gaming officially ruined the server then, P:LA was earlier a fun project, now it's just.. Yeah..

italian fighters it had a very stable community, and players back in 2009, well , bad thing is that if you wanted to be admin you was going to pay an amount of $$ which actually sucks cuz they abuse alot with bans.
