Hi, I'm from Argentina and my name is Pablo.
I was reading some web sites & found that a guy says that some ISP's and IP's from Argentina are blocked.
Maybe that's the reason i I'm unable to reach sa-mp.com since several months.
There's really a block going on for South America or Argentina in particular?
If there is, I think that's stupid and racists.
I read that a hacker from Argentina crashed the servers from SAMP, and maybe that was the reason we are blocked (I don't know).
I just want to know if there is such thing going on and what's the deal with it. SAMP received a lot of attacks from hackers and I don't think they've blocked every country just for that.
I dont want to accuse or anything. It's just wierd that I couldn't load the page for several months and now that i read that, using an anonymous proxy I can load it without any trouble.
Can anyone confirm that to me?
(My ISP is Speedy - Telefonica from Argentina).
Thank you.
