This admin system is pretty messed up, in loading configurations, up to loading forbidden list, It is also the most slowest admin system than LAdmin and LuxAdmin, in tickcount result, It took 2100+ tickcount ms to load ZAdmin, while LAdmin, and LuxAdmin it just took 20+ ms, While JakAdmin and 0Admin take 15+ ms to load the admin system. Language System is also pretty messed up, The dialog lines don't split up, \n doesn't split up instead displayed in the dialog too.
Zuc do a update and fix the bug and it's performance.
