About this island:

I have made a Tropical Island for my roleplay server and would like it to be optimized.
This island is called Tikibayй and is made in the middle of the sea, would take like 40 minutes to swim to LS.
On this island there is a Motel, a Police-Department, a Shopping Centrй, a Graveyard and a little Hospital.
Also there is a beach where I will map a festival on for in summer-time. (30 Juli to 10 September..)
And there is a small transport business for the roleplay way to move in to the island.

I'm posting this in order to get tips for optimizing the island, share your comments below!

I will do this once the community starts with increasing to 20 or more players online at the same time.
I'll let the map grow with the community, how more players in the server, how bigger the map becomes.
However I don't make it big at the beginning, because I can not see how much players will join this server.
I like it more to have a small map which isn't like a ghost town, like in every other roleplay server in SA-MP.
But the map will get bigger if the amount of online players from this server keeps increasing.

Yes, the server scripter posted it before but decided to remove it untill the map was finished.
Now the map (without optimization) is fully finished so we reshared it in order to get tips about it.

No texture studio, its a standalone map for a server of mine.
I just did effort for it because it'll become a main map.
