You should use simple form of verbs when viewing change log,

Don't: Added new feature.
Do: Add new feature

'Added' is grammatically correcter.

Is there a way to fetch the latest changelog version number, from the SA-MP script (via the HTTP call to the PHP file)? Basically, I want to store a Revision variable on the player database, and cross-check it with the latest revision, so he only sees the "whats new" dialog the first time he joins with that new version.

What a joke...
This should be deleted since it is totally unneeded.

It was closed due to Lorenc having interests in starting up another project.

Therefore, he has closed down RevCTRL to fund another project.

What happened to this project? The website just went dead a while ago. It's a shame, cause this was one of the most unique scripts on SA-MP forums.

Could you release the revctrl.com portion, or atleast the bare-bones basics to get this up & running?
