Is there any way to change the font-size of dialogs and other stuffs.Because have seen on 0.3.7 update that interface font-size changing is also included in that update.

You can't change the font size for the dialogs, The one which you are referring to are the Chat Font Size.

/fontsize, it is a client-sided command. It cannot be handled by the server, it's entirely player preference.
