Yeah i dont think there is any "Free" gamemodes of roleplay that are good anymore, and i have tried nearly all them :/

If you really want a good free roleplay gamemode try South Central Roleplay. Nothing matches that gameplay available at SA-MP forums

Or. Script it yourself. You'll love it more.
