Hi, so I just had the Hohosearch Virus.

I managed to unistall all unknown applications, but I can still see the hohosearch after reloading chrome. I did make ****** as standard but hohosearch is still there.
Anyone know how to remove it completly?

well it seems like its a Defalt Serch Engine so i think u can do it via Settings>And Set it as ******

but i also think it maybe a Software/Program that runs on the background and auto-sets it self...

Now I removed hohosearch, but I get this now:

and also yeabests.cc comes up automatic one startup.
And.. I get this window sometimes: "You need to update chrome" or something, it got a exe called fade which is a screenshot with a grey transparent color over.

AdwCleaner is pretty good in removing all remaining traces of adware.

I had similar problem with hohohsearch virus. I uninstalled all misleading applications and Chrome extensions and performed full system scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware but virus appeared again and again. Luckily I found a guide in this site where I found out that in order to remove hoho hijacker completely you must perform all removal operations in Safe Mode with Networking!
