You're missing some plugins use nativechecker plugin to see what's missed, I am on phone now not able to give ya da link so search it by yourself xd.

Are you sure you are using the correct MySQL plugin?

Why has noone told him to run crashdect? that issue you're getting is because you are running a incorrect MYSQL plugin.

Update / Add missing plugins ,
Re-compile the GM with Updated includes and check it out.
