Streamer plugin exists in the plugins folder?
Check the version of the plugin and include.

streamer plugin was not loaded properly because a message is
Function not registred "CreateCynamicObject"
Function not registred "Streamer_CallbackHook"

This error is false because the plugin nativechecker requires a load at the end of
Function not registred "WP_Hash"

Example:

plugin streamer Whirlpool nativechecker
