does anyone have experience with udptrace?

I downloaded this program, but I have a problem with running it

Click "uno" and maybe someone can figure out what's the prob ...

You have to run the program through command prompt, not run it directly.

By command prompt, I mean running udptrace through cmd.exe.

Open cmd.exe as administrator

cd to the directory that has udptrace.exe

type udptrace.exe

i guess you know what to do.

I have put udptrace.exe to
c:\Windows\System32
run as administrator type udptrace.exe and it still does not work
