i want edit samp working in the game (gta_sa.exe)

examples: edit samp start background - edit take screenshout message - edit sa-mp-x.png or ...

can i edit above works?

or can i make a program like sa:mp and create official connection to gta_sa.exe by sa:mp libararies? (c#)

please help me.

I don't think it is possible to change the SA-MP loading screen nor changing the messages when pressing F8 (screenshot).
