The white loading screen of death is caused by tick overflow... which basically means you need to reset your computer.

It's a gta bug, is happens when you go very far away from the map and you return to the center very fast, maybe you're editing objects, off the map?

That is caused by your system tickcount overlapping. You need to restart your computer and it'll work fine. You've had your computer on for a few weeks (for sure, the White Screen Of Death is proof), it's due to be restarted anyways!

My computer is off and on each day.

The server where it is hosted (For Free), is on always.
So you're saying that the host machine has to be restarted everyday?

Not EVERY day, but more often. Like every 2 weeks. As long as that server stays on you'll have this issue.
