I don't know why but my face doesn't turn around when I face to another place in my screen,
What's the problem
I thought it's a bug

I believe it was disabled by:
- Server
- SA-MP
Why would you need the head turning?

The server doesn't have access to head movements, only the game client. If the headmove option is enabled(/headmove) then a modification may possibly be causing it.
