Well so, hello guys!!!
Im here for only one question...
When i am loaded the filterscript and joining my server, it's shows up a welcome message when it's loaded. But when im typing that command it's nothing shows up... Why?

Well, As you are using 0.3.7, the old filterscripts mostly don't work with this version. All you have to do with the filterscript is as given below:
1. Go to the directory where your gamemode is placed.
2. Open a folder named "pawno".
3. Open pawno.exe
4. Open the filterscript with the "OPEN" option in Pawno.
5. Re-compile the filterscript with all the latest includes and plugins.
6. Make sure all the includes and plugins are loaded.
7. Make sure that the filterscript is placed in the server.cfg.
It will work, if it does not, I'm sorry to say that you will have to leave that filterscript and use something else.
