No new players can connect to my server because of an invisible bot attack. IP of the attacker is not seen anywhere and it doesn't seem that any bots (as players) are connecting, people just get the "server full. retrying" message. I only know that bots are hammering the server (trying to connect) untill it's full. What do I do? I need help asap!

A server in which I'm playing is also getting crashes lately, it's not a script bug. We are sure it's a hacker attack. But when we crash and try reconnecting we dont get a SERVER FULL MESSAGE. We manage to connect but crash again almost imidiatelly, after login sometimes. Everything was fine until last week perhaps.
The problem is that the program that's used for this crashes can be downloaded anywhere and there are 5-10 tutorial videos + download links on ******* about how to use them. Can we report those videos and make ******* remove them?
