Probably you can't, it's not logically, you can use the same IP with a different port only.
Ex: 127.0.0.1:7777 - The other one - 127.0.0.1:7778 etc.

I don't get you. Just use what you got, like if it was a big deal having two servers on the same IP Address.

You can use a IP as a proxy and re-direct traffic from that IP over to another, this of course requires you making the IP into a proxy IP that redirects traffic, not the easiest thing to do.
