how can i put the server on internet?

You have to change announce 0 to announce 1 in your server.cfg, or get a server host and they will automatically do it for you.

Just open your server. Make sure that, in server.cfg > announce 1 and lanmode 0 . thats it

I am pretty much certain there is a tutorial about this, however, download the server package change the server.cfg and set it up, portforward, run samp_server file. You might need sometimes to update your plugins and includes if so you might need to re-compile your gamemode!.
