Hello SA-MP community, I'm creating a server with my friends and I need to map it.
What's the best map editor in your opinion.

It would be better if it had:
- New SA-MP objects
- Didn't had to create the server to use it (just open a program with San Andreas map and edit it like the MTA one or Map Editor from 2011 (I don't know if it is updated for this version))

Map editor: (ALL SA-MP VERSIONS) with removebuilding support.
